2. Tim Canterbury, The Office (it's so heartbreaking to watch him pine away for Dawn, the engaged receptionist)
3. Jack Kelley, Newsies (firstly 'cause he's a tough guy with a soft side, and secondly, 'cause it's Christian Bale)
4. Charlie Pace, Lost (a bloody rock-god junkie that I could fit in my pocket)
5. John Carter, ER (from fumbling intern to saavy doc, he's one of the few characters whose progression you can see throughout the series)

There are many others (some embarrassing) that could have made this list, but I'm sticking with these five.
